Service

Having no showroom, all contact is made by either email or phone. Phones will be manned during normal office hours and 9-12 on a Saturday.

Don’t worry if you get an answer phone, all calls are returned promptly.

For service and repairs we will pass your details on to a local agent who will contact you to make an appointment at a convenient time.

If your appliance can not be repaired promptly, you will be offered a loan, or a replacement.
